Audrey DeLoffi, CFRE
Senior Associate
Audrey DeLoffi has more than 25 years of experience in
management, program development, fundraising and board
training for non-profit organizations. Her background
includes capital campaigns, planning and feasibility
studies, marketing and strategic planning.
As a Senior Associate, Audrey conducts feasibility and
planning studies; directs capital campaigns, major gift
initiatives and annual appeals; provides counsel to
executive directors and non-profit boards; and performs
development office assessments. Audrey also has extensive
grant writing experience. Recent client projects include a
capital campaign for Scranton Library in Madison, Conn.; a
feasibility study and development program assessment for the
Merrimack Valley Hospice in Lawrence, Mass.; and a planning
study for the Children’s Home in Cromwell, Conn. Former
Ruotolo Associates clients include NSARC, Danvers, Mass.;
Glastonbury Abbey, Hingham, Mass.; CLASS, Lawrence, Mass.;
Girls Inc. of New Hampshire; and South Church, Andover,
Mass.
Prior to joining Ruotolo Associates in 1999, Audrey
worked in healthcare as a hospital CEO, program director for
the state medical society and director of training and
emergency services for a mental health center. She also has
years of volunteer service with non-profit community
organizations and with her church.
In her volunteer activities, she has designed and
implemented training programs for annual giving campaigns,
including on-site workshops and the creation of
instructional materials. Her experience also includes
special events planning and conducting long-range planning
retreats for boards and staff.
Ms. DeLoffi attended Chatham College, received a B.A.
from the University of New Hampshire and her M.S.W. from
Boston College. In 2001, she received the firm’s Tim Manning
Culture of Excellence Award. Audrey is on the board of the
Massachusetts Chapter of the Association of Fundraising
Professionals (AFP) and chairs her church’s personnel
committee. Prior volunteer work includes President of the
Ocean Park Association, a Chautauqua summer community in
Maine; steering committee member of the annual Walk for Help
for Abused Women and Children; and board member of Boston
College School of Social Work.
Audrey lives in Salem, Mass., with her husband, Tom, and
Bradford, their golden retriever.
