Meredith Lee
Associate
Meredith Lee joined Ruotolo Associates in April 2005,
bringing more than 16 years of experience in the non-profit
sector. Her client work for Ruotolo Associates has included
planning and feasibility studies, development writing, data
analysis and research for a number of health, human service,
and educational organizations.
Since 2001 Meredith has worked as a consultant, providing
fundraising, communications, and organizational development
services to a broad range of non-profits. Prior to launching
her consulting business, Meredith had a 12-year tenure in
the humanitarian aid arena, where she was responsible for
managing multi-million dollar federal grant programs,
developing collaborative projects and church partnerships,
increasing and diversifying funding streams, and
coordinating strategic planning and organizational
development activities.
Meredith has significant expertise in fundraising and
organizational development communications, particularly in
the areas of grant writing, stewardship campaigns, direct
mail, major gift proposals, advocacy appeals, public policy
papers and strategic plans. She also brings extensive
experience working with churches and faith-based
organizations.
Meredith holds a B.A. in history from The King’s College
(formerly located in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.) and earned a
master’s in social sciences from Montclair State University.
Meredith is active in her church and has served as an
English as a Second Language tutor, as well as in children’s
outreach and prayer ministry.
